Haha the frustration is real. Though the new hub is way faster.
SystemAdmin: Honestly, I'd recommend Home Assistant over Hubitat for reliability. Just remember the tradeoff.

Completely agree — I had the same issue and solved it by reconfiguring the hub. Took me forever to find that configuration option.
